Online Tee Time Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing TimberStone Golf Course. We are NOT a pre-paid facility; the card you use to book your tee time will NOT be charged for the reservation. Tee times are paid for in the Pro Shop when you check in.

Tee Times can be made up to 14 days in advance.

Singles (1 player) can only book with a 2 or 3, call or come out to the course and ask for the next opening.

Book for the exact number of players you are expecting.

Dress code: No tank tops, short shorts or holes in jeans. Sleeves are always required.

TimberStone Cancellation Policy

All cancellations less then 24 hours or no shows will be charged full walking rate per player on the day of the no show. Phone calls, emails, and other online messages are not sufficient to cancel. You must cancel through your confirmation email; at the bottom it will say “If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please click here.” Your card will NOT be charged unless you do not show up at your tee time.

How To Book A Tee Time

  1. Click on the Accept button below to accept our online tee times policies. This will redirect you to our Tee Time booking software 
  2. Once on the page at the bottom click “TimberStone GC booking class” 
  3. Select your preferred date and time (CHECK THE DATE)
  4. Pick the correct number of holes (9 or 18), number of players (2-4), and carts if you are wanting to ride
  5. Select BOOK TEE TIME
  6. Add credit card (your card WILL NOT be charged. Unless card is already added).
  7. Select the “Pay at the Facility” button
  8. Scroll down to the bottom and hit “Book Time”
  9. You will be given a confirmation if it was booked. You will also receive a confirmation email
